Whether you’re a medical office, financial institution, legal firm, or government agency, MailXstream, a printing and mailing service, offers a simple, reliable, and affordable noticing solution that uses your existing business processes and software but eliminates your need to print, stuff, and mail your notices in-house. Following a simple setup procedure, notices generated on your desktop can be produced and mailed within 24 hours with the click of a button. There’s no need to change the format or structure of your current notices, and setup is a snap. You’ll save money on printing and mailing supplies, as well as on associated labor costs.
- One-to-one correspondence. MailXstream’s services accommodate businesses whose noticing needs are for one-to-one print jobs. In other words, each notice is unique to each recipient.
- Attachments. MailXstream accommodates the attachment of one or more unique or common documents to your notices for multi-piece mailings.
- Volume. Using MailXstream services is not volume-dependent. You can transmit one or 100,000 (or more) notices in a single print batch.
There is more than one option available for tailoring the MailXstream service to your noticing system. Customers who normally print notices to an in-house printer utilize the MailXstream Print Driver option. This option enables you to select the MailXstream Print Driver from a list of printers in the same way that you select your in-house printer. Once selected, MailXstream transmits your notices to a printing facility where they are printed (using a template you specify), stuffed, and mailed to each receipient. The status of your print-to-mail job is then immediately accessible via website. (View a demo of this process.)
The Print Driver option is effective for small business customers using Windows-based platforms. Other options for transmitting your invoices from your desktop to your customer (usable on any platform, including Windows) are available.
